After getting numerous request over the years, Julia finally turned her long-time hobby and passion into a business and in January 2008 Hollywood On A Leash was born!
HOLLYWOOD ON A LEASH PET CARE
Hollywood On A Leash is a private dog walking and pet care service in Los Angeles. The program includes dog walking, hiking, dog park, house visits, food & med service and our pick up and drop off service, the K9 Cab.
Not to mention plenty of love and fun!
But the fun doesn't stop here. We wanted to create a community site where dog lovers come together and exchange tales & information!

That's why we created a community board where locals have the possibility to post news, events & services. We also wanted to give you the chance to reach a broader audience for lost & found dogs. It's easy! You e-mail us and we'll post it!
Reaching beyond the boarders of LA, we created the H.O.A.L. Forum. The H.O.A.L. Forum is for dog lovers who like to share tips, ideas & questions about Fido's life, health & behavior.

The Dog Park Workshops
Besides the dog walking, Julia offers one hour Dog Park Workshops, teaching dog park etiquette, how to handle dicey situations and how to identify playful and aggressive behavior. Needless to say the workshop is held at the dog park itself. It's a great gift for first time dog owners. Gift Certificates are available upon request.

The K9 Matchmaker
Julia is a strong supporter of pet adoptions. A lot of people feel insecure and overwhelmed adopting a pet. The K9 Matchmaker is a program assisting families looking for the right pet and rescue organizations. To learn more about this great service click here!

The Doggy Fat Farm
All Julia's pets were always healthy and active; therefore all of them lived for a long, long time. Apparently, not all dog owners are aware of their feeding habits resulting in overweight and obese dogs. The Doggy Fat Farm is basically a weight watchers program for dogs.
