 Dynamic Duo

  Exercise for the body, brain & soul

  Do you feel like you need more exercise but don't feel like going to the gym?
  Are you depressed? Do you need to lose weight or planning on a lifestyle change?
  Dynamic Duo was designed to combine fun, exercise and health education all bundled up
  in one hour of walking or hiking with your pooch. Depending on your goal and health condition
  we will walk the neighborhood or go on hikes and talk about nutrition and other facts and
  things that matter to you. New mommies are welcome with baby and dog. It's a great way to 
  burn some calories, exercise the brain and dog & bond with baby.
  If you don't have a dog but still want to do the walk you are welcome, too.

  I strongly recommend to read "Spark, The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the
  brain" by John Ratey

  All sessions are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

  How to raise a happy puppy and avoid the "Marley Effect"

  Are your shoes chewed up? Is puppy driving you crazy? Bad news this is not normal puppy
  behavior! Good news there is a solution. Puppy & Me was designed to educate and restore
  order in the household. You'll learn tips and tricks from training methods to pet supplies and
  nutrition. The course takes place in the comfort of your own home and is customized to your
  questions and needs. The course is great for families with kids, first time doggy parents or just
  to refresh old memories. Gift certificates available upon request!

 

Bringing Pup Home

  Adoption support and acclimation information

 Adopting a dog can be a stressful and exciting time. Bringing Pup Home is a workshop to built   
 the new owners confidence with practical tips, answer general dog behavior questions and give
 emotional support. The workshop can be taken before adopting a dog, the day of adopting a 
 dog or anytime you are in desperate need of help!
