WHEN DO WE PAY FOR THE SERVICES?
Either in advance or the day of the service.
WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU IF THE KID DOWN THE STREET JUST CHARGES $10?
I don't know about the kid down the street but I know that I have plenty of experience in training and walking dogs. If your dog is well leash trained I make sure to keep up the training. If your dog is not leash trained I make sure to teach basic leash training on our walks.
WHEN I BOOK YOU FOR 60 MIN HOW LONG WILL MY DOG(S) GET ACTUAL PLAYTIME?
60 min. means 60 min. If you live close to a dog park your dog might be gone for 80-90 minutes. If you live far, depending on traffic your dog might be gone for 2 hrs.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE THE SAME RATE FOR HIKING, WALKING & DOG PARK? OTHER DOG WALKERS CHARGE MORE FOR HIKING AND LESS FOR DOG PARKS!
I'll like to mix it up. Dogs need stimulation just like humans. Doing the same thing day in and day out is boring for me and the dogs. For me it's the same amount of work and responsibility if I go hiking, walking or "just" to the park.
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU TAKE AT ONCE?
It depends on the size and disposition of the dogs. Usually not more than 4, 6 if I take my own two dogs with me.
I DON'T WANT MY DOG WITH OTHER DOGS!
It's totally up to you! You know what works best for your dog. However, my experience showed me that dogs actually do better in a pack.
MY DOG IS OLD, WILL YOU STILL TAKE HIM HIKING?
It all depends on the individual dog. If the dog has known health issues I will most likely not take him on a hike. All this will be discussed at our first meeting.
WILL YOU TAKE MY DOG OUT IN A STROLLER?
No, absolutely not. Unless your dog has severe medical condition where he is not able to stand or walk on his own.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Unless there is a hurricane I am still taking the dogs!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DOG GETS HURT?
Knock on wood, so far nothing has happened yet! There is no guarantee, accidents do happen. If something happens I have a first aid kit for minor injuries in my car. If a vet is needed the dog will be transported to the vet immediately.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO IF A DOG GETS BIT BY A RATTLESNAKE?
Yes, I do! In addition I carry a cell phone with GPS on me to find the nearest vet asap.

WHERE IS YOUR BOARDING FACILITY?
It's not a kennel, it's my private home in Studio City. Your dog will stay at my house with my dogs therefore I only take 2 dogs max. at a time.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER WORK DO YOU NEED?
I need proof from your vet that your dog is all up to date with his shots.
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?
I don't have a backyard which means that your dog gets a lot of walks and exercise. Unlike a kennel it's a very calm and serene place for your dog to be. Your dog will be in a stable family situation for the entire duration of the stay. No stress, just fun!
WHEN DO I PAY YOU?
When you pick up your dog.
WHEN I TRAVEL I USUALLY MISS MY DOGS. CAN I CALL YOU FOR UPDATES?
I have dogs, too and I am the same way. You can call me as much as you want. If you are near a computer I am happy to turn on the webcam for you and/or send you e-mail updates.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN I DROP OFF MY DOG AT YOUR HOUSE?
Nothing, honestly. We have beds, toys, everything a dog needs.
DO YOU SUPPLY FOOD?
Food is included in the daily rate. However, I recommend to bring your own food, most dogs react with a sensitive stomach to a sudden food change.
WHAT KIND OF FOOD ARE YOU FEEDING?

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES?
It's 24 hour check-in check out policy. Meaning you drop-off your dog at 3PM you have 'till 2:59PM the next day before the next day rate starts.
